I love to listen, I love to laugh and smile, and I am passionate about helping others increase their capacity for self- care, self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-attunement, to better connect with the wisdom that body holds. When we learn to listen to and honor the body’s needs for sleep, movement, stillness, hydration, or even the types and amounts of nutrients our body needs to function optimally, it is only then that the body, mind and soul can begin to heal.

    Many people don’t know that mental health issues like anxiety or depression often have nutritional or inflammatory causes, just like physical ailments such as IBS and GI discomfort may have mental health or trauma links, but often times in therapy and the medical world, these issues are treated like two completely different things, rather than addressing the entire person as a whole.

    I would love to help you navigate these concerns, with a gentle nutrition approach, that supports your body’s natural ability to heal, so that you can start feeling better on the inside & learn the skills to love & honor yourself, and your body’s needs, inside and out. It’s not just about the food. It’s about learning what feels good and nourishes all of you- mind, body and soul, and facing your challenges with compassion, gentleness,curiosity and love.
